I think you all do a great job. Very caring. We had our cats 'put to sleep' at ages 16 & 15 so as you could imagine we were very upset at our loss. You were wonderful then as well. Appreciated the sympathy cards.

In just over a month and with affordable treatment, Chloe has turned a corner and has renewed life and movement. There will come a time when our girls will go on but PRAH will be there for us. Fantastic staff and Vets, thank you.

I would like to commend Dr Wendy Buckle on the attention she gave my daughter as well as my cat. It is so hard for children when their pet is sick, taking home a soft toy was such a nice gesture and it gave my daughter something to focus on.

We have 3 pets that have been coming to P.R.A.H. now for 8 years - always brilliant service, the staff understood the importance of communication.

Communication was very clear, my 5 year old daughter also understood, which made it easier for her to handle.
